Here is what we offer

We will receive your equipment, documents part numbers and serial numbers, and confirm the numbers documented by the end-user.

Vernon performs comprehensive testing to determine the functionality of each component in the received package. We then report on cosmetic appearance as well as usability and, where necessary, offer a refurbishment option to restore the component to an acceptable appearance and functionality.

Each item that is to be warehoused will be isolated physically in Vernon's warehouse and logically in the inventory system. Reports will be made available as required.

Have your used equipment removed as new equipment is being delivered, so there is no excess hardware sitting at your location. You can arrange to have Vernon on site during the delivery to pack up and remove the equipment and then track and dispose of it from our site.

Vernon will wipe all of your hard drives clean off, to ensure that confidential information dies with the equipment.

Vernon offers an organized and efficient means to 'cascade' your old equipment and take full advantage of remaining equipment functionality.  If there is no market value, we can supply an environmental disposal solution while adhering to applicable laws and environmental legislation, etc.

Options include:

• Buyout of some or all of the equipment received
• Consignment through Vernon remarketing channels
• Vernon can act as Virtual Warehouse center allowing you to remarket the equipment using:
• Sale through On-line Auctions
• Charitable donations
• Recycling and/or disposal through environmentally safe means
• Offer the equipment back to your employees
