Off-Site Data Destruction Service

StrongBox

The patented StrongBox™ delivery system ensures the total security during the collection and transportation of the data storage devices to our secure facility for destruction.

  • The StrongBox™ will be picked up by our bonded transporter for delivery to our secure facility.

  • Upon arrival, the serial numbers of the contents of the StrongBox™ (data storage devices) will be captured.

  • The contents of the StrongBox™ will then be shredded.

  • A Certificate of Destruction will be issued, identifying every individual asset destroyed by Serial Number.

  • Continual Internet video streaming of the destruction process will be accessible to the client at any time.

  • All shredded materials are then recycling by a certified smelter using our Zero Landfill process.

The 300 Series

This is the smallest of our safes.  It is designed for small corporate offices with less than 50 computers.

The 500 Series

This is our medium safe designed for resellers or medium to large corporate companies.  It requires to be moved by pallet jack and can be placed neatly on a sales floor of a retail store.
